Online Support

When you require extra help our support team are able to utilise LogMeIn software to access your computer remotely. This allows them to fix a problem you may be having or more commonly demonstrate how to do something.

Video Tutorials

Access a comprehensive library of training videos illustrating 'how to do'  task within JMS.

Tutorials include:

  • Joinery Tutorials ranging from 'adding vertical bars' to 'using parameter sets'
  • General Tutorials including 'Using JMS on a pen drive'
  • Costing Tutorials covering adding, changing and updating orders
  • Printing Tutorials to guide you through all options and personalisation of printing

Downloads

Our download feature provides access to JMS files for first time installation or if you are installing JMS on to a new computer.

Joinerysoft works with our customers to constantly improve our software providing new features and designing the software to be easier to use than ever before. This means that we frequently release new versions of JMS which are available to download free of charge to all maintenance and support subscribers.

JMS Upgrade Manager

Updates and new releases are managed by the JMS Upgrade Manager. This tool, provided with JMS, will when selected automatically check for new releases and download the latest release available to your computer. Internet access is required to use the JMS Uprade Manager and a current maintenance subscription.

Please ensure that JMS is closed before running the JMS Upgrade Manager, and that you have a current backup. The JMS Upgrade Manager can be accessed from within the Microsoft Windows, Start Menu. Simply choose 'All programs' and then select Joinerysoft.

My Details

Update your personal details and ensure that you receive prompt notice of new releases. Use our customer database to update your dongle information ensuring constant access to maintenance and support.
