We provide additional support on our website solely for our customers. This can be found within the Customer Area and is password restricted.
The Customer Area of our website provides additional features solely for customers such as access to a library of Video Tutorials demonstrating how to do a variety of tasks within JMS, as well as providing access to your details on our customer database. This allows our customers to access their details and update their email, telephone or address to receive prompt information or emails about new releases and special offers.
JMS Upgrade Manager
After initial installation of JMS access to new releases is made easier where internet access is provided. Joinerysoft provide a feature called 'JMS Upgrade Manager', which when selected will automatically check for new releases and download the latest release available.
The JMS Upgrade Manager can be accessed from within the Microsoft Windows, Start Menu. Simply choose 'All programs' and then select Joinerysoft.
